Breakfast With Santa

Every year we get up close and personal with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the zoo! We LOVE this fun tradition we have been doing since Lindsie was a baby. It is a small group so the kids get to spend as much time as they would like talking with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The monkeys are our favorite -- we could watch them all day long

We kind of miss the days that our kids would cry and scream bloody murder when we would put them on Santa's lap.  ha ha ha
Now, Santa is their buddy they see every year and he remembers them from year to year.  He even asks about Eddie the Elf, who Santa sends to our house every year on Dec 1st to watch over and report what he sees.  Yup, Santa tells the kids that Eddie has been reporting if they have been naughty or nice

Mallory and Mrs. Claus have always had a special bond since Mallory was about 2 years old.  She was way more excited to spend time with Mrs. Claus than Santa!

What a fun family tradition! I wouldn't be watching those monkeys for too long...the kids might learn a thing or two from them! :)
